Standard of Accommodation

However, country properties are not graded in the conventional way. Some details may be different from other countries but are in keeping with local traditions (eg: hard floors).

On arrival, guests will be asked for their passports or identity cards, so that they can be registered in accordance with Italian regulations. Therefore, only guests listed on the booking form and who have registered may stay in the farmhouse. No changes or substitutions can be made.

Air Conditioning
Air conditioning is not common in country properties but free standing fans are provided in all rooms.

We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury whilst on holiday. We strongly recommend all guests to take out adequate travel insurance to cover healthcare, cancellation, travel, accident and injury. European residents are advised to obtain a European Health Insurance Card. This entitles the holder to benefit from reciprocal health agreements, which exist between certain European countries. Please note, that this does not substitute travel insurance in any way and does not cover emergency repatriation if required.. "" cannot be held responsible for the theft of any personal belongings whilst on holiday. Guests are advised to close all doors and windows when leaving the property.

We will do our very best to resolve any problems that might occur during your stay.
