It has been sympathetically renovated and furnished in true Tuscan style and has 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and TV lounge and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. Facilities include satellite TV,swimming pool and  outside jacuzzi set in the villa's secluded private gardens.

La Posticcia is ideally located in Central Tuscany, just 20 minutes from the main A1 Motorway, approx 20 minutes from Arezzo, 45 mins from Florence, 1.5 hours from Pisa airport and about 2.5 hours from Rome airport. Nearest train stations are Arezzo and Montevarchi and it only takes just over an hour to reach Rome on the fast Eurostar train, making it possible to go on a daytrip to the capital. La Posticcia is the perfect location for a holiday with family or friends, relaxing by the pool or exploring Tuscany's beautiful art cities.
